About Us

The Art Connections team is based at The Art Depot in Gargrave, North Yorkshire. The Art Depot is the home of Chrysalis Arts, an award-winning visual arts company specialising in art in public spaces, artists' professional development and strategic development work. Chrysalis is a regularly funded client of Arts Council England Yorkshire and also receives support for Art Connections from North Yorkshire County Council

In addition, Art Connections works with a range of visual arts, craft and media specialist including highly experienced practitioners, curators, trainers, and lecturers business advisers and others.

Christine is development director with Chrysalis. She has worked professionally in the arts since 1980 and has wide experience of arts development work and artists' professional development. She is responsible for strategic development and training and undertakes consultancy work, specialising in artists' professional development and rural creative industries. christine@art-connections.org.uk
